Refund policy

At Tahlia Jewels, we stand behind every piece we craft. We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery for unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging, plus a 2-year warranty covering tarnishing and manufacturing defects on our waterproof 316L stainless steel and 18k gold PVD pieces.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at tahliajewels@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the item. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after the returned item is received.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-engraved pieces and earrings that have been worn are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
