    Has my order been shipped yet?

    We ship your order from Mon- Fri within 72 hrs after your purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once we shipped your order. If you didn't see it, check your spam or chat with our live bot/submit an online contact form.

    How do I track my order delivery?

    You can either click the tracking link in the email, or talk to our live chat bot on the website to track your orders delivery. 

    Why was my package delayed in transit?

    Unfortunately, once we have shipped a package any shipping delays are completely out of our hands. Please contact your package carrier or contact us if you are experiencing shipping delays. We will try our best to help.

    My item is lost/damaged in transit, what can I do?

    Your package carrier is responsible for any transit loss or damage. However, we will assist you report the missing/damaged item to your carrier and get compensation. If it can't be solved, we will reship your package and make sure your money is well spent.
